Job Description:

Carolina. We are currently looking for a Vendor Risk Analyst to
join our Risk Management & Compliance team. This role is crucial in
ensuring that our partners and vendors adhere to the same standards
of excellence and compliance that we hold to ourselves. With a
focus on innovation and efficiency, the successful candidate will
play a key role in managing and mitigating risks associated with
third-party vendors and service providers. Conduct thorough risk
assessments and due diligence on prospective and existing vendors
to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Develop and maintain an effective vendor management program,
including ongoing monitoring and periodic reviews of vendor
performance. Collaborate with procurement and legal teams to
incorporate risk management strategies into vendor contracts and
agreements. Prepare detailed reports and present findings to senior
management regarding potential risks associated with vendor
relationships. Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry best
practices to continually refine risk assessment processes. Manage
the resolution of vendor-related issues that may impact compliance
or pose financial or reputational risks. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Proficiency in risk assessment software and tools Capability
to manage multiple projects simultaneously with keen attention to
detail Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the
