KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting and financial close processes Assist with monthly close including: journal entries, account reconciliations and financial reporting Conduct ad hoc analyses and special projects as needed Evaluate and enhance existing financial processes and systems Create reporting using queries and Advanced Excel Translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field 2–5 years of experience in accounting or analytics Advanced Excel skills: experience with financial modeling required Excellent communication, attention to detail and organizational skills Eager to learn and grow with strong initiative Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment CPA preferred but not required.
