Cleaning Pro to help with property maintenance of several hundred
rental properties across the Greensboro North Carolina area. We are
seeking individuals who have experience in the property management
industry and have an eager attitude. This individual must be
trustworthy, possess great communication skills, capable with
technology, and be apt in problem-solving. You will need reliable
transportation. Value Proposition: *We pay extremely fast *You sent
your own hourly rates *We have a lot of work on a daily basis
Experience in the following are a plus: *Drywall *Light plumbing
*Light electrical *Painting *Performing maintenance and light
repairs *Minor repairs/replacements on appliances *Other
miscellaneous maintenance work Requirements -Must have valid ID

undergo a background check -Must have transportation -Must have an
