Job Description:
Kellanova, a renowned leader in the food manufacturing industry
known for its market-leading snacks and breakfast options, seeks a
skilled Facilities Technician to join our facilities and
maintenance team. This role is crucial in ensuring that the
physical infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities remains
operational, efficient, and safe to support the production of
brands like Cheez-It®, Pringles®, and Eggo®. As part of our team,
you will be tasked with maintaining and repairing facility
equipment, conducting routine inspections, and contributing to
sustainability initiatives. Perform routine preventative
maintenance to ensure that building systems operate efficiently and
that the physical condition of buildings does not deteriorate.
Inspect and repair mechanical equipment including HVAC,
refrigeration, and plumbing systems. Collaborate with safety teams
to maintain factory safety standards, including compliance with all
safety procedures and regulations. Assist in the implementation of
new building projects and renovation works. Maintain detailed and
accurate maintenance records and documentation. Support efforts to
optimize energy usage and participate in sustainability improvement
initiatives. Proficiency in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work
independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of applicable safety
and health guidelines. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification in HVAC, electrical, or
plumbing is highly desirable. OSHA Safety Training
Certification.
