Job Description Job Description Job Title: Maintenance Technician (Certified & Non-Certified) Location: Covington, LA Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay: $21–$23/hr (based on experience) Type: Contract Role | Immediate Start About the Role Join a trusted national staffing firm and put your maintenance skills to work! Key Responsibilities Perform general maintenance duties including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repairs Respond promptly to maintenance service requests and prioritize work orders Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards Assist with turnover repairs and prepare vacant units for new residents Collaborate with property management and team members for efficient operations Qualifications Own tools required Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Previous maintenance experience in multifamily housing or similar environment Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills HVAC experience or certification is a plus but not required Benefits Through BGSF: Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave applicable per state/local law Referral bonuses ZIPC BGN BGSF is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
