Job Description:

dedicated Process Engineer to join our vibrant team. This role
involves enhancing manufacturing processes to achieve superior
efficiency and performance. The ideal candidate will bring a strong
technical acumen and a passion for problem-solving to align with
our commitment to excellence and innovation in complex product
development and system integration. Design, analyze, and optimize
manufacturing processes for the enhancement of plastic production.
Develop and implement systems that minimize waste, increase output,
and improve quality. Assist in the scale-up of lab technologies to
full production levels, including setting specifications, working
with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with health
and safety standards. Perform root cause analysis on any production
issues, then modify processes to eliminate any recurrence. Document
all process changes and updates in compliance with industry
standards and company requirements. Collaborate with R&D and
quality assurance teams to integrate new products into existing
production operations. Monitor and audit manufacturing practices
and production performance to ensure compliance with regulatory
standards. Proficient in CAD software and MS Office. Strong
knowledge of plastic materials and plastic processing technologies
such as injection molding, extrusion, or thermoforming. Experience
with process simulation and optimization tools. Excellent
analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and
team collaboration skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Lean Six Sigma Certification
preferred. Certification in Project Management (PMP) is a plus.
Professional Engineer (PE) license can be beneficial.
