Environmental Engineer or Geologist who enjoys both the technical
challenge of solving complex environmental problems and the
client-facing side of developing relationships and winning work.

who can manage projects, provide technical oversight, mentor staff,
and drive business opportunities in the local market. Since 1974,

Will Do: As an Environmental Engineer or Geologist , you'll be at
the forefront of projects that shape safer, cleaner
communities-balancing hands?on fieldwork with impactful
office?based analysis. Field Leadership - Take charge of soil and
groundwater sampling, oversee drilling operations, and guide
monitoring well installations to ensure accurate, high?quality data
collection. Data & Reporting - Transform environmental data into
clear insights by preparing technical reports and regulatory
documentation that drive informed decisions. Project Collaboration
- Partner with colleagues to plan and execute site investigations
and remediation efforts, maintaining strict quality standards and
compliance with environmental regulations. Client Engagement -
Build strong relationships by communicating findings and project
updates effectively to clients, regulators, and stakeholders.
Proposal & Scheduling - Contribute to winning new work by drafting
proposals, while keeping projects on track through schedule
management and deadline monitoring. Financial Insight - Support
business growth by evaluating project budgets and assisting with
strategic business development initiatives. What We're Looking For:
This role is ideal for licensed engineers or geologist eager to
expand their responsibilities in project execution, technical
reporting, and mentoring junior staff enhancing the key skills to
developing their career and making an impact on large, complex

as the Triad. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in
Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Sciences, or a
related field. Experience: 5 years of professional environmental
engineering or geology experience Licensure: Professional Engineer
(PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license required Key
Competencies: Strong project management and leadership skills
Excellent business development abilities, and existing client
