Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Global Media
Relations.
Key Responsibilities
Independently implement media relations strategies and outreach for
pharmaceutical and biotechnology products
Develop media materials for interviews, trainings, and prep
sessions while proactively uncovering stories to enhance corporate
reputation
Serve as a company spokesperson and liaise with external PR
agencies, supporting the team on issues and crisis communications
as needed
Required Qualifications
Doctorate degree and 2 years of corporate communications or public
relations experience, or equivalent experience with lower
degrees
Strong existing reporter relationships and experience working with
news media on various topics
Deep understanding of the biotechnology industry and communications
environment
Experience navigating drug approvals, data milestones, and
regulatory decisions
Proactive thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a
self-starter mindset
