• Paid training.Bonus Program: As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be eligible for a quarterly bonus, based on restaurant performance.Typical day for a Restaurant General Manager:
  • Manage profitability through cash control/security procedures, inventory management, labor control, and financial review.
  • Recruit, interview, and hire team members, shift managers, and assistant general managers.
  • Coach and train staff to operational excellence.
  • Conduct bi-weekly inventory counts.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure an exceptional guest experience through friendly service and quality products.What you bring:
    • At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in a QSR environment.
    • Must be at least 18 years old.
    • Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights per week.
