Success is yours when you collaborate and work hard in our team-based culture.Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 5 for North Carolina A&T State University located in Greensboro, NC. North Carolina A&T State University is the largest HBCU in the nation. With an enrollment of close to 14,000 students, North Carolina A&T State University continues to grow, both academically and from a food service perspective. Sodexo-Aggie Dining manages all National, proprietary and in-house brands and dining concepts with 2 main dining facilities as well as a full service catering department. The General Manager will have oversight of the entire dining portfolio consisting of two "all you care to eat" restaurants, 5 National food brands, three in house dining concepts as well as a high volume catering department. This role will have a total of 10 direct report salaried managers as well as oversight of a frontline team of350-400 team members. This role will be highly involved in succession planning, financial management, team development, marketing programming, Corporate initiative implementation/oversight as well as high levels of student engagement. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions.     What You Bring
    
    • have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively;
    • have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance;
    • can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
    • prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; and/or
    • demonstrate working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management System (FMS) The Market Connection (TMC) and is proficient in computer skills and report management experience. This does not apply to external candidates.
