Job Description - Voluntary Protection Program ManagerLeads H&S management systems implementation and continuous improvement. Responsible for developing and driving action plans to implement management systems that will achieve VOSH Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) Star status and ISO 45001 certification. • 
  
• Create and manage H&S management system implementation plan
• Develop and deploy H&S element tools and processes
• Educate and coach element owners and teams
• Perform H&S management system assessments
• Audit plant H&S compliance programs - identify opportunities and drive improvements
• Interface with Virginia OSHA VPP representatives, facility leadership, corporate leaders
• Conduct safety and industrial hygiene risk assessments

    Education and Experience - Voluntary Protection Program Manager

    • 4-year college degree in environmental health and safety or related field
    • 3-5 years' experience working within a H&S management system at a facility
