SOVAH Health - DanvilleThe Front Office Representative is the first line of contact for a patient in the medical office. Position serves as the liaison between the physician and the patients. Information is gathered from the patient and entered into the computer system to create an encounter record. Responsible for upfront collections. Delivers customer service support to staff, patients, families, visitors. -Job Requirements:Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredRequired SkillsRequires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
