Responsibilities

Position Summary: To provide psychotherapy services for residents age 10 to 22 and their families. Physical Demands: Must be able to:

• Carry out CPR, if needed
• Assist in management of aggressive behavior Key Responsibilities:
• Provides psychotherapy services for residents to include individual and family scheduling and facilitation of treatment team reviews and documentation.
• Attends all treatment teams for assigned residents.
• Attends weekly clinical supervision.
• Coordinates case management duties to include coordination of services, FAPT, family supports, community/service linkages, insurance meeting for authorization, and discharge planning
• Staff training
• Completes all program notes with in 72 hours of session.
• Completes psychosocial assessment with in 72 hours of admission.
• Completes charge tickets daily and turns in to DCS.
• Monthly treatment team reports are due at 12p.m. or the day prior to treatment team.Other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility
  Qualifications
  
  Qualifications:Skills, Knowledge and Abilities A combination of mental health experience and relevant education to deliver psychotherapy services to consumers. The required knowledge, skills, and abilities must be documented and observable in the application form and interview and can be verified by additional references.
