About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Sovah Health - Martinsville. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients, working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes.Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patient vital signs, medication, and treatment plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.What We Offer

    • A current VA (or Multi-state) RN license.
    • A nursing degree from an accredited nursing school (Bachelor's degree preferred).
    • Experience in clinical area preferred.
    • American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
