is seeking a skilled Telehealth RN for a 0 week travel assignment
in Roanoke, Virginia . As a member of our team, you'll have the

year of recent experience as an RN in bedside nursing Current Valid
RN license in compliance with state regulations Current BLS
Certification (AHA/ARC) Preferred Qualifications: Experience as an
Acute Care RN Experience as a Telehealth RN Other certifications
and licenses may be required for this position Summary: The
Telehealth Registered Nurse provides comprehensive virtual health
assessments, treatment planning, and follow-up care to patients via
telehealth platforms. This role involves collaborating with
multidisciplinary teams, creating and monitoring care plans, and
delivering patient-centered care in a secure, virtual environment.
The Telehealth RN demonstrates advanced clinical skills,
proficiency with telehealth technology, and a commitment to
maintaining the highest standards of patient safety, privacy, and
professional ethics. Essential Work Functions: Develops and manages
individualized care plans based on virtual assessments and patient
needs Advocates for patients by addressing concerns, coordinating
resources, and ensuring continuity of care in a virtual setting
Communicates regularly with patients and providers to share updates
on vital signs, assessments, and progress toward care goals
Coordinates with appropriate resources to assist patients in
continuation of care Monitors and prioritize high-risk patients
using telehealth data and clinical judgment Verifying that patient
charts are updated promptly and accurately Communicates to
appropriate providers of possible barriers to providing high level
of care to patients Monitors for trends of patients and notify the
appropriate provider when intervention is needed Provides patient
and family education on medications, treatments, and ongoing care
needs Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice
Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines,
and regulatory standards Required Essential Skills: Critical
thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication
skills The ability to read, write, & communicate in the English
language is required Ability to read/comprehend written
instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC
skills Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move
about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a variety of
personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive
attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to
grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about
when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact
with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under
pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally
as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be
able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and
continuous concentration to detail Sensory - Visual acuity, ability
