TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ICU/Critical Care RN in Winston Salem, North Carolina,
27103! Pay Information $1,942 per week About The Position Job
Title: ICU Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty:
Critical Care Neuro Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years in ICU nursing, with 1
year of travel experience. License: Must have a valid nursing
license. Certifications: ACLS, BCLS, NIH. Must-Have: - Experience
with ICP monitoring and ventilator management. - Proficiency in
telemetry. - Ability to manage critical care patients, including
titrating drips and invasive equipment. Description: This position
requires working in a neuroscience intensive care unit. The unit
cares for various types of neurological patients. Candidates should
have significant experience with stroke management, ICP management,
seizure management, and critical care patient management. Staffing
ratios are typically 2:1 but may occasionally be 3:1. There is a
float requirement to other ICU and intermediate units. Every other
weekend shift is required. The candidate must be comfortable with
frequent floating based on skill sets and patient census.
Candidates will manage special equipment, including EVD and
ventilator management. All clinical documentation and medication
management will be conducted using designated systems. Candidates
should be open to working per unit needs, with no block scheduling.
Travelers cannot work more than 5 days in a row and/or more than 60
hours in a week. RTO is not allowed after booking, and any
call-offs or additional requests may result in a cancellation.
