Job Description Evolve Treatment Centers is looking for a Primary Therapist to join our team at our PHP/IOP facility in Danville, CA! Our company provides the highest caliber of outpatient treatment to adolescents struggling with addiction and/or mental illness. A considerable amount of training will be provided, and you will have the support of your team-members. Payrate: $80,000 - $85,000 Hours: We ask that candidates be available Monday–Thursday between 9am and 7pm. Your actual workday will be 8 hours within that time frame, and at least two days each week will be scheduled 11am–7pm. Fridays will be 9am - 5pm Responsibilities and Duties: Maintain a reasonable caseload (including individual and family sessions) Complete all necessary documentation on time in EMR Facilitate weekly therapy groups, including Process Groups and DBT Groups Attend weekly Treatment Team meetings and present cases to clinical team Complete Biopsychosocial Assessments upon admission Coordinate after-care with parents and Discharge Coordinator Requirements: Associates with AMFT/ACSW/APCC or Licensed LMFT/LPCC/LCSW in CA.
