Must-Have Skills/Experience: 5 years or more of experience in the
Emergency Department Description: Join a team dedicated to making
communities healthier. This position offers the opportunity to work
in a dynamic Emergency Department environment. The facility serves
a diverse population of all ages. You will be part of a 31-bed
Emergency Department with 2 triage rooms. The patient-to-nurse
ratio typically ranges from 1:4 to 1:6. In high-volume situations,
these ratios may adjust for immediate care needs. The Emergency
Department utilizes an electronic health record system for patient
management. You will be expected to collaborate with a team focused
on providing exceptional patient care. Ideal candidates should
exhibit professionalism, positivity, compassion, and teamwork
skills. Scrubs of any color are permitted. This position does not
require call or weekend work, but shifts may include rotating
weekends as needed. This role provides the chance to make a
