find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Winston Salem, North
Carolina, 27103! Job Opportunity – Med-Surg / Telemetry RN – North
Carolina Start Date: February 9, 2026 Location: Winston Salem,
North Carolina Compensation: Details provided to qualified
applicants Schedule: 3 x 12-hour Night shifts | Every other weekend
| Overflow unit supporting winter census Highlights: Overflow unit
supporting Emergency Department throughput and patient observation
Patient ratio of 1:6-7 with average daily census of 18 patients
Epic charting system with PYXIS and SBAR protocols 24 hours of unit
orientation provided First-time travelers accepted with appropriate
experience Floating to similar units as needed based on census
Requirements: Active RN license (NC or Compact state license
acceptable) Minimum 2 years of nursing experience required Current
ACLS and BLS certifications required; NIH Stroke Scale preferred
Proficiency in IV starts and telemetry monitoring Experience with
cardiac drips, central line management, and dysrhythmia
interpretation Epic charting experience preferred Must pass EKG
competency testing prior to start Flu vaccine required
