The Judge Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Lexington, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel POSITION: Home Health RN SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING • Shift hours/Contract Length: M-F 8a-5p • Charting: OASIS & EPIC experience required. • Weekend Requirement: Would prefer one weekend/month if possible • Accept First-Time Travelers: No • Locals Accepted? No. REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS BLS Cert REQUIRED CLINICAL SKILLS • 2 years of Home Health experience required. • Clinical skills required: Proficient in nursing assessment and documentation (OASIS) UNIT DETAILS AND FLOATING • Daily patient volume-RN will see 6-7 patients on a busy day • Lexington is a more rural area so more traveling and driving between homes • Mileage is reimbursed at $.50/mile • Floating: Office is based out of Lexington but may float to other offices as needed.
