Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical - Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum of 2 years required. License: Active state license required upon start. Certifications: BLS required. Must-Have: Prior travel experience is required. Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with a specialty in Medical - Surgical. The position involves working primarily on a medical surgical floor with an emphasis on orthopedics. Approximately 60% of the workload will involve orthopedic cases and 40% will involve general medical cases. This role requires flexibility to work in a variety of situations based on unit needs. The successful candidate will be expected to work 2 to 3 weekends per month. There may be occasions where the client can cancel assignments based on census requirements. All requested time off must be submitted with the application. This position requires a strong commitment to team dynamics and patient care. Candidates should possess the ability to work nights on a consistent basis. In this role, the nurse is expected to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality care. Floating may be required depending on the needs of the unit.
