Job Description Job Description RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing
Facility In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of
high-quality care during your shift, support nursing staff, and
serve as a key resource for residents, families, and clinical
teams. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs,
LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts Ensure that resident care is
delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies
Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical
decision-maker during shift Monitor staff performance and provide
real-time coaching and feedback Conduct rounds to assess resident
conditions and care needs Communicate with physicians, families,
and interdisciplinary teams as needed Ensure accurate and timely
documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes
Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of
