Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Radiology Technician - Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: /n Technologist - Radiologic Technologist - X-Ray /n/n Job Details: /n • Provide mobile X-Ray and EKG services to nursing homes, healthcare facilities, and other miscellaneous facilities /n• Perform and process X-Rays using portable digital (DR) or computed (CR) radiography equipment /n• Submit and transmit X-ray images to radiologists for interpretation /n• Unload portable X-Ray equipment and transport into facilities to perform physician-ordered exams /n• Must obtain clinically diagnostic, technically competent X-ray images /n• Perform EKGs as needed and transmit to cardiologists for interpretation /n• Scan exam-related paperwork and billing documents daily per protocol /n• Regularly communicate with dispatch and management /n• Maintain vehicle and X-ray equipment /n• Physical demands include pushing/pulling 50-100 lbs of equipment 16-24 times per day /n• On-call responsibilities discussed at interview /n• Weekend work discussed at interview /n• ARRT certification required /n• Active driver's license required /n/n Facility: /n This mobile healthcare services organization serves over 7,500 care facilities nationwide, providing essential diagnostic imaging services directly to patients in nursing homes and healthcare facilities.
