Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a travel nursing job in Lynchburg, Virginia. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/10/2026 - Duration: 10 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Travel RN – Operating Room (Orthopedic Services) Start Dates: 02/23 or 03/09 Orientation: Every other Monday only Assignment Length: 10 weeks Shift & Schedule Shift: Days Schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts Assignments end on Saturdays Call Requirements: 1–2 nights of call per week 3 weekend call shifts (24-hour Sat/Sun) during the 10-week assignment Call response time: 30 minutes Experience & Requirements Minimum Experience: 2 years in relevant OR specialty Required Background: Strong orthopedic OR experience Prior Travel Experience: REQUIRED for all Centra positions Certifications & Licensure Required: BLS License: Active Virginia or Compact RN license REQUIRED at time of submission EMR: Cerner (preferred) About Malone Healthcare - Nursing With a commitment to providing a higher standard of service and experience in patient care, Malone Healthcare places expert nurses and allied health professionals in rewarding careers throughout the United States.
