thriving physician-led ophthalmology practice in Norfolk, Virginia,
is recruiting a new provider to meet growing demand. This role
offers an immediate patient panel, a predictable Monday-to-Friday
schedule, and the opportunity to tailor your practice with cataract
and glaucoma cases, while enjoying the rewards of a supportive and

Base: Established practice with strong community ties and a robust
payor mix (60% Medicare / 40% Commercial) Clinic & Surgical
Balance: Dedicated surgery day performed on-site, with the rest of
your week in the outpatient clinic Flexible Lifestyle Schedule:
Standard 8 AM-5 PM weekdays, with the option for a 4.5-day work
week Physician-Led Model: Work in a collegial environment where
decisions are guided by practicing physicians Exceptional
Compensation & Perks High-Earning Potential: Guaranteed base salary
of $425K - $475K with 30% collections sharing for total earnings
