Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Greensboro, NC Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,991 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/3/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified Telemetry RN in Greensboro, North Carolina, 27401! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Telemetry Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Hours Experience: Minimum 2 years required. Cardiac Telemetry experience required. License: Valid nursing license required. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required. NIHSS is preferred. Must-Have: - EKG exam required for all RNs regardless of specialty. - Flexibility with scheduling. - Ability to comply with deadlines. - Experience in interpreting dysrhythmias. - Ability to manage cardiac drips, EKG monitoring, and high flow nasal cannula (HFNC). Description: The Registered Nurse will care for patients primarily focusing on cardiac health. This role involves managing patients with Congestive Heart Failure, myocardial infarction, and Acute Coronary Syndrome. Secondary care will include addressing respiratory issues such as COPD and pneumonia. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring vital signs and managing IV therapy, including insulin and cardiac drips. They will collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including physical therapy and respiratory services. Candidates should be familiar with charting systems, particularly Epic, as it is essential for documentation. All nurses will undergo various compliance checks and testing. Candidates must be prepared to float to other units as needed based on patient care demands. The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the healthcare team and patients.
