to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Henderson, North Carolina,
27536! Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Labor
and Delivery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per
Shift: 12 Experience: 2 years minimum License: Valid RN License
Certifications: NRP, BLS, Fetal Monitoring (intermediate
certification required) Must-Have: 2 years of labor and delivery
experience Experience in LDRP Some NICU experience Intermediate
fetal monitoring certification Description: Urgent backfill
position with an ASAP start needed. Joint Commission Accredited
facility. The facility has the region's largest and most
comprehensive emergency department. It also includes the largest
and most advanced ICU and PCU. The facility has 205 licensed beds.
The hospital has received an "A" in the LeapFrog Hospital Safety
Rating. The unit has 16 beds with patient ratios as per AWHONN
guidelines. Required equipment includes GE Centricity/Paragon for
electronic health records. The supervisor for this unit is
responsible for overseeing staff and patient care. The patient
population includes a variety of cases. Flexibility is required
based on unit census, with no scheduled call. The role may involve
floating to other tasks or supporting the secretary if needed.
Candidates must possess strong skills and experience in labor and
delivery. Professional demeanor is essential. The dress code is
