Full-Time/Part-Time Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team in West Virginia.
The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care across multiple
settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, and home health
environments. This role requires flexibility, excellent
communication skills, and a commitment to improving patient
outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patients'
physical conditions to develop individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility,
strength, and function. Educate patients and their families on
treatment plans, home exercises, and injury prevention. Collaborate
with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient
care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient
progress and treatment plans. Adapt treatment plans based on
patient progress and feedback. Stay current with best practices and
advancements in physical therapy. Qualifications: Doctor of
Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program. Valid
Physical Therapy license in the state of West Virginia. Experience
in multiple settings (outpatient, inpatient, home health)
preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
