well as patients everyday lives. How you‘ll contribute A Registered
Nurse who excels in this role: Performs plan-of-care interventions,
including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical
treatments, and other medical care activities. Documents patient
care provided in a timely and accurate manner. Monitors, records,
and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians,
patients, and families. Collaborates across disciplines to
coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals,
psychosocial/spiritual support). Assesses learning needs and
delivers age/culture-appropriate patient/family education.
Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.
Participates in performance improvement and required continuing
education. Provides quality patient care and works other
shifts/units as needed; may take on-call assignments. Why join us

will manage the daily operations of the assigned department or
function to ensure alignment with departmental and organizational
objectives. Applicants should have a current VA RN license or
compact state Bachelors degree preferred but not required
