Job Description:
Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Nurse Supervisor to join
our team of healthcare professionals. As a leader in integrated

patient-centered care. The Nurse Supervisor will oversee the
nursing staff and ensure that all patients receive optimum care.
This role demands a combination of clinical expertise, leadership
skills, and a deep commitment to patient care. The ideal candidate
will ensure that our standards of care are met and that the
healthcare team works cohesively to achieve our mission of helping
patients regain hope and independence. Manage and schedule nursing
staff to ensure efficient operation. Monitor patient care to comply
with healthcare regulations and standards. Assist in the
recruitment, training, and professional development of nurses.
Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to improve quality
of care. Implement health and safety protocols. Provide clinical
guidance and expertise. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Expert knowledge of health care regulations and hospital management
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to mentor
and motivate staff Proficient in using healthcare information
technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
certification preferred. Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML)
credential is a plus.
