Telemetry Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North
Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry -
Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36
hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel
Opportunity: RN - Med Surg Tele Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour day
shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM • Every other weekend schedule
required • Holiday coverage as needed • Float pool required -
subject to float across all facilities • Minimum 2 years of
experience required • First time travelers accepted • Patient ratio
of 5-6 patients • 24 hours of orientation provided • Care for adult
and geriatric patients aged 18 and older • Required certifications:
BLS, ACLS, NIHSS • Must pass EKG exam during onboarding (2 attempts
allowed) • EPIC charting system experience required • Previous
Charge RN experience preferred • Care for observation patients,
respiratory conditions, general medical surgical diagnoses,
palliative/end of life/hospice patients, psychiatric observation,
diabetes patients, and surgical patients • Skills include telemetry
monitoring, port access, central line blood draws, phlebotomy, PICC
line management, BiPAP/CPAP management, oxygen administration,
dysrhythmia interpretation and management • Zero tolerance policy
for tardiness and unexcused absences • Must complete compliance by
12 noon EST Wednesday prior to start date Facility: This healthcare
