Registered Nurse (RN) - Behavioral Health - Days $20,000 Sign on
bonus eligibility Schedule: 12 hours shift for full-time requiring

unit is a 24 bed unit. What sets us apart from other units is the
teamwork with all of us having the same goal: provide safe,
quality, and compassionate care close to home! How you'll
contribute A Registered Nurse who excels in this role: - Performs
plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration,
specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care
activities. - Documents patient care provided in a timely and
accurate manner. - Monitors, records, and communicates patient
condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families. -
Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene,
elimination, nutrition, ambulation). - Collaborates across
disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals,
and psychosocial/spiritual support needs). - Assesses learning
needs and delivers age-/culture-appropriate patient and family
education. - Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of
the patient. - Participates in unit and organizational performance
improvement and required continuing education. - Provides quality
patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be

Telestroke Network. What we're looking for The right person who
will provide direct patient care to patients using the nursing
process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of
practice. Applicants must be a graduate of a professional school of
nursing. Additional requirements include: - Current licensure as a
Registered Nurse from the Virginia State Board of Nursing or a
Compact State. - AHA BLS certification required. - Previous
