Job Description ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Greensboro, North Carolina. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg / Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/20/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse - Acute Care Rehabilitation/n/n Location/n Eligible candidates will work in North Carolina. /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n This position requires working night shifts, specifically from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, on a 3x12 hour schedule with every third weekend and holidays as needed. /n/nJob Description/n The Registered Nurse will deliver specialized care in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, focusing on patients with acute care rehabilitation needs, including those recovering from strokes, aneurysms, and spinal cord injuries. The nurse will be responsible for conducting patient health assessments, managing medication reconciliation, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Monitor and assess patient conditions, documenting vital signs and health histories. /n - Perform dressing changes and setup for aseptic/sterile procedures. /n - Conduct telephone triage and manage patient refill requests. /n - Float between various Cone Health campuses as needed. /n - Ensure compliance with hospital policies, including attendance and punctuality standards. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - Minimum of 1 year of acute care nursing experience required; experience in acute care rehabilitation preferred. /n - Current BLS certification is required. /n - Must have experience with EPIC charting system. /n - Must pass a Pass/Fail EKG exam during compliance. /n - Valid nursing license in the state of North Carolina or compact state. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
