Job Description:
Position Summary A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $3,000 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE
SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT FOR THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS
WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE . $1,500 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE AND
$1,500 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . The Patient Care Coordinator has
five primary responsibilities: - the monitoring and coordination of
patient care provided in the Periodontology Graduate dental clinic
to assure efficient delivery of high quality patient-centered-care
- tracking the performance of residents to ensure that residents
provide excellent patient management and that residents are
receiving the appropriate educational experiences and are
progressing towards competence and graduation - participate in and
help coordinate the delivery, development and continuous
improvement of the periodontology program - participate in the risk
management process by acting as compliance officer and as an
ombudsman/ombudswoman in the clinic - supervision of others Work
Schedule Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00 pm
