Position Highlights: Sign-On Incentive: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates Team Culture: Work in a collaborative and supportive environment Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)- 10-hours shifts; 6:30 a.m.- 5:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m.- 6:00 p.m. On-Call Rotation: Includes weekends and holidays. A 30-minute response time is required when on-call. W eekend on call is typically every 3 months, and limited holiday on call approximately 1 holiday every year. Scheduling is based on team rotation and may be subject to change. Qualifications: Active RN license Minimum of 1 year of RN experience required Experience in pre- or post-procedural care is a plus, but not required—we'll support your development! You'll work alongside gastroenterologists, pulmonologists, nurses, technicians, and coordinators to deliver tertiary-level care in a community setting. Key Responsibilities: Assist providers during GI endoscopic procedures Administer medications, IV therapy, and conscious sedation Monitor patients during and after procedures Collect and prepare lab specimens Educate patients and families on procedures and recovery Lead and support other clinic nurses and technicians Maintain and inspect medical equipment and supplies Position Details Work is typically performed in a clinical environment.
