Create a collaborative culture. Advise others on new tools to solve problems and make decisions. Develop new tools and methods recognized internally and externally. Be a knowledge expert in making and driving quality fact-based decisions. Consider alternative and unlikely outcomes. PROJECT MANAGEMENT Be a recognized expert in leadership of teams and in development and application of project management tools. Be a knowledge expert in project risk management. Drive teams in planning for, and managing, project risks. Demonstrate expertise in project execution and implementation. Be proficient in successful project implementation and closeout. Be a recognized expert in addressing and resolving project conflicts. Anticipate conflict and develop contingency plans.ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF TEAM AND BUSINESS CONDUCT Utilize competency assessment tools to identify leadership and technical proficiency gaps and develop plans to prepare team members for next level roles in the organization. Serve as a technical mentor to help develop organization technical competencies. Expected to develop self and others, and to model high ethical standards. Education/Certification:Bachelor's degree in STEM field.Advanced degree or additional quality systems or leadership education/certification/training.Experience:10+ years' experience required in at least three departments, divisions, internal or external locations.Expert ability to teach and apply systematic problem solving tools and techniques to improve existing processes.Expert ability to lead a technical team in understanding and troubleshooting complex equipment and process problems.Multiple experiences leading a cross-functional project team, PMP preferred.Ability to teach, coach and mentor others.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Instill positive attitude on peers. Provide positive constructive feedback. Plan and lead meetings. Cascade communications. Manage/ deflect/ diffuse situations. Coach toward finding alternative solutions that meet business priorities/objectives.Be a recognized leader in organization driving to achieve high quality results. Delegate subtasks and make teams capable. Set vision, strategy, and plans at team level.Proactively address business opportunities. Lead teams to adjust to changing priorities.
