Customer Relationship Advocate role is similar to Entry Level
Customer Service, Call Center Representative or Customer Service

In this role your training and onboarding provides an opportunity
to learn about Fidelity and build skills, experiences, and
connections that will help advance your career. You'll help
customers feel more confident, make clearer decisions, and achieve
their own financial dreams. You will assist our clients with a
broad range of needs including answering questions about account
balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying
resources, and placing trades for a variety of securities.
How it works
You will join a cohort of associates that is supported by a group
of leaders, coaches, mentors, and peers.
- During the first four months, spend time onboarding, training,
and preparing to become a FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory
Authority) Registered Representative (acquire your Series 7 and 63
license, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity). Begin to put your
skills and newly acquired licenses to use as you start to take
calls from our clients.
- In the subsequent months, continue taking customer calls with
added complexities to develop and hone your skills. There will also
be dedicated time to join team activities, get well-being support,
and career coaching as we focus on helping you begin charting your
- As you gain confidence and develop proficiency serving
customers, you will get more variety in your work week by spending
time building advanced skills aligned with the next role that

As a Customer Service Representative, you play a critical role
educating our customers and ensuring they have an excellent
experience. This full-time hourly position answering phone calls
offers the opportunity to work extra hours based on the business
needs and your availability.
