Job Description:
A company is looking for a Curriculum Developer to design and
develop postsecondary learning experiences for adult learners.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and eLearning
Content Designers to create curriculum documents and components
Develop course materials that are evidence-based, current, and
aligned with program outcomes
Evaluate curriculum effectiveness and implement revisions based on
feedback and data analyses
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in education, curriculum development, or a related
field
5+ years of experience in higher education or K-12 education
3+ years of experience in curriculum design and development
Quality Matters Rubric Application certification (or required to
complete within the first 4 months of employment)
Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
