Whitsett - North Carolina - 27377 - USA Roles and Responsibilities:
As a CFS Operator, you will play a crucial role in our operations,
ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of efficiency and
quality. Your responsibilities will include: Process and handle
customer devices through all stages of the workflow. Perform basic
auto-provisioning, etching, troubleshooting, configuration, and
quality checks on PC devices. Track and update device status as it
moves through various warehouse stages and locations. Support order
fulfillment by managing and prioritizing large volumes of freight
and devices. Ensure all work is performed in compliance with Lenovo
standards, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs). Maintain
a clean, safe, and organized work environment within the facility.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for processes,
standards, and workflows. Adapt to a high-pressure environment and
meet tight deadlines during peak cycles. Experience Level: -
Preferred experience level is 1 to 3 years. Employment Type: -
