a Trust and Estate Planning Attorney, where you'll empower clients

You'll create personalized wills and trusts and oversee probate,
guiding families through the intricacies of estates with integrity

Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000 yearly base plus incentive
Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior partners and paralegals
to effectively move files through the civil litigation process
Advise clients regarding retirement plans, charitable giving, and
insurance options Ensure clients are effectively represented at
court hearings as needed Draft and file wills, trusts, and powers
of attorney Discuss plans with clients for distributing clients’
assets Consult with prospective clients and lead them through our
proprietary estate planning process. Provide expert legal advice
and deliver superior estate planning and asset protection work
products. Research, design, and create complex and customized
estate plans. Guide clients through the probate process, providing
clear, actionable advice to simplify complex legal procedures.
Represent clients in uncontested guardianship and probate hearings.
Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions and
case progress to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance
with legal requirements. Qualifications: Excellent communication
skills, especially in highly stressful and emotional situations
Experience at a legal firm working on estate planning and probate
law issues for at least 1-2 years is required Active membership
with the ABA (American Bar Association) Working knowledge of title
insurance, wills, trusts, property management, and residential and
commercial real estate law, including litigation 4-year degree with
a legal background and J.D. degree are necessary for this position
Active North Carolina Bar license. Five (5) years or more of Estate
Planning, Probate, and Trust Administration experience.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage others in a fast-paced,
service-oriented firm. Experience using WealthDocx Estate Planning
software or ElderDocx Elder Law software. LL.M. in tax or Estate
Planning and Probate Board Certified Specialist preferred. About
