currently looking for a Furniture Sprayer Tech to work at a company
located in the Thomasville, NC area! Job Title Furniture Sprayer
Tech Position Location Thomasville Pay/hours for position 16.00 –
5am – 1pm , 7:30am – 3:30 pm and 1 pm -9pm Requirements of position
Experience Required 1 year Furniture Sprayer Responsibilities of
position A Furniture Sprayer (or Spray Painter) applies paints,
varnishes, lacquers, and stains to furniture using spray equipment
to achieve a high-quality, smooth finish. Key responsibilities
include preparing surfaces (sanding, cleaning), mixing finishes,
operating spray guns, and maintaining equipment. This role requires
precision, attention to detail, and knowledge of coating materials.
Responsibilities Surface Preparation: Sanding, cleaning, masking,
and priming furniture surfaces (wood, metal, plastic) to ensure
proper adhesion. Applying Finishes: Operating pneumatic spray guns
to apply lacquer, varnish, stain, or painting furniture pieces
according to specifications. Mixing/Color Matching: Mixing
coatings, stains, and lacquers to achieve desired colors and
finishes. Equipment Maintenance: Cleaning, troubleshooting, and
repairing spray guns and tools. Quality Control: Inspecting
finished products to ensure consistency, quality, and a defect-free
appearance. Safety Compliance: Adhering to OSHA regulations, using
proper PPE (masks, respirators), and maintaining a clean work
environment. Required Skills and Qualifications Experience: Proven
experience in furniture finishing, painting, or operating spray
equipment. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of different types of
wooden, paints, and stains. Attention to Detail: Ability to achieve
flawless finishes and identify defects. Physical Stamina:
Capability to stand for long periods, lift, and perform The
