--- And much more---Position Summary:Sovah Danville is seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist -to evaluate and treat patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Additional job duties listed below;

• Provides case management of speech therapy patients including scheduling of so that therapeutic goals are met and requirement documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition.
• Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family.
• Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress.
• Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services.
• Supervises activities of clinical fellows, students, and other support personnel.
