TITLE: Ultrasound Tech
Location: Martinsville, Virginia

Description:
Primarily responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative while operating diagnostic imaging equipment.
Demonstrates knowledge/experience in caring for all age groups of patients (from adult to infant) served by the department. Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an Imaging Program that meets the requirements for Radiography or Sonography.
Completion of a formal ultrasound training school.
Job may require 1 to 6 months on-the-job training to develop expertise and familiarization with equipment.
ARDMS Registry in Abdomen, OB/GYN or RVT.
Current American Heart Association BLS certifications required.
Additional info:
The hospital is 250 beds.

Compensation is based on experience and the range starts at $24.55hr and the facility offers full benefits with a relocation package as well.
