Job Summary -Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who will be responsible for planning and service associated with PCs and peripherals, printers, phone system, wireless phone system, cable plant management, nurse call system, and Kronos and Motorola clinical systems. - - - - - - - - - - Provides installation and maintenance for all in-house PCs, printers, scanners, network components, mobile carts, and time clocks. - - - - - - - - - Images PCs to meet customer needs. - - - - - - - - - Assists with phone replacement and repairs to make sure telecommunication needs are met. - - - - - - - - - Provides first level of support for repair of copiers and faxes. - - - - - - - - - Coordinates repair of contract equipment. - - - - - - - - - Installation and repair of nurse call system. - - - - - - - - - Provides Monday thru Friday 8:00 - 5:00 coverage. - - - - - - - - - Serves as key customer contact for inquiries and resolution of customer issues. -Who We Are:People are our passion and purpose. - Come work where you are appreciated for who you are not just what you can do.
