Job Description Job Description SUMMARY: The Field Marketing and
Events Coordinator is a relationship-builder with operational
fluency and creative capability. This role works in close
partnership with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure
what's happening in branches and communities throughout our
footprint is reflected accurately and authentically across all
channels—while providing marketing and event support at the local
level. The person in this role thrives in a fast-paced,
collaborative environment that values creative excellence, clear
communication, and mutual respect. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Build and
maintain strong relationships with branches and regional leaders.
Serve as a trusted partner to frontline teams (troubleshoot and
problem solve). Maintain a forward-looking view of branch events,
programs, and sponsorships. Ensure Marketing is engaged early, not
after the fact for local programs and events. Coordinate and
support community sponsorships and events. On-site support for
hyper local events, and PR needs. Create simple, on-brand flyers
and materials for branch and event needs. Provide content,
including stories, moments, and visuals, from the field for web,
PR, and social use. Serve as content partner for our social media
team. Represent the brand professionally in the community. Provide
immediate, practical support at the local level as needed for event
execution or marketing support. Completes all compliance courses.
Adhere to all levels of our Service Excellence standards and
complete annual compliance courses. Adhere specifically to all
corporate policies and procedures. Also adhere to Federal and State
regulations and laws; including, the Bank Secrecy Act and the
Anti-Money Laundering Act. Perform other duties as required.
GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge & Experience : These
specifications are general guidelines based on the minimum
experience normally considered essential to the satisfactory
performance of this position. Individual abilities may result in
some deviation from these guidelines. Bachelor’s degree in graphic
design, marketing, communications, or a related field. Experience:
3–5 years in branch operations, community engagement, or event
coordination. Branch operations background strongly preferred
(teller, branch support, or similar). Demonstrated success in
executing events and sponsorships. Design capability: Basic
proficiency in Canva, Adobe Express, social media channels, digital
advertising platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn), and similar
tools. Relationship skills: Natural connector who builds trust
quickly with diverse teams. Event coordination: Proven ability to
manage logistics, timelines, and on-site execution. Content
mindset: Eye for storytelling moments and ability to capture them
in real time. Communication: Clear, responsive, and comfortable
working across all levels of the organization. Brand fluency:
Ability to translate strategy into visual work that's consistently
on-brand. Flexibility: Able to travel locally, attend
evening/weekend events as needed. Problem-solver: Proactive,
resourceful, and calm under pressure. Physical Demands/Work
Environment: Vision, hearing, speech, dexterity, visual
concentration. A valid driver’s license is required. Must have the
ability to stand, walk, sit and use hands and fingers. Must have
the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the
essential functions of the position, as scheduled. The environment
is a professional office with standard office equipment. Cognitive
Requirements: Learning, thinking, concentration, ability to
exercise self-control, ability to work in a customer relations’
environment. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be
able to work as a member of a team. Must have the ability to
interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise
self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’
situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as
