Primary Objective: Safely performs production tasks and produces a quality product to documented standards. Major Functions and Scope: Complies with all company safety rules and procedures. Handles material as part of production process. Assists in execution of published production schedule. Performs any required TPMs. Notifies management of safety hazards or quality defects in material. Performs daily required housekeeping. Performs additional tasks as assigned by management. Knowledge, Experience, and Competencies: High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in fast-paced, high output manufacturing environment Attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to work in manufacturing environment with dust and no climate control. Ability to stand for several hours.
