Together, we'll continue manufacturing products that enable our clients to be successful within their varying industries serving customers worldwide. Through our partnership, we're expanding in Virginia at our Headquarters in Leesburg and our Manufacturing facility in Danville. We're currently seeking Conformal Coat Technicians to join our Manufacturing Department in Danville, Virginia facility. Conformal Coat Technicians Perform the service of conformal coating printed circuit boards. This is a role in which you will:

• Mask off non-coated areas on assemblies
• Conformal coat assemblies by spraying, dipping, and/or brushing
• Maintain equipment in such a way that keeps everything in proper working condition
• Prepare finished goods for shipment
• Properly dispose of unused chemicals To be successful in this role you will have:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in an electronic manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to follow rules/instructions (verbal and written)
  • Ability to understand assembly processes, read and understand assembly drawings, and exceptional eye/hand coordination
  • Must work well with other employees; able to pay close attention to detail and neatness;
  • Demonstrated knowledge and application of ISO processes
  • Must have a thorough understanding of safety procedures, with respect to handling chemicals Working Conditions: Normal manufacturing environment Benefits:
