- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
Appropriate certifications or College Degree a plus.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in Industrial electrical /
Maintenance field in a MFG Environment
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses,
repair, and maintenance.
- Knowledge of Hydraulics & Pneumatics
- Working mechanical knowledge of industrial machinery.
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved
in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings,
and models.
- Welding Experience is a plusWhat else will you do?
- Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by
completing preventive maintenance requirements on production
machines.
- Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments by
using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, and straightedges.
Lasers
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations. Always clean up after each
job, and at the end of shift.
- Performing routine electrical maintenance on equipment and
determining when and what kind of maintenance is needed.
- Operation Monitoring, watching gauges, dials, or other
indicators to assure machine is working properly.
- Repairing machines or systems using the correct -needed
tools.
- Troubleshooting, determining causes of operating errors and
deciding what to do about to correct the problem.
- Quality Control Analysis, conducting test and inspections of
equipment, services, or processes to evaluate quality or
performance.
- Identifying complex problems and reviewing related information
to develop and evaluate options and implement solutions.
- Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and
communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
- Any other duties as assigned.
