Position Summary -Sovah Health is looking for the ideal candidate who will maintain all aspects of plumbing to include installation and repairs drain lines, supply lines and fixtures. - - - - - - - - - - Directs the work of the plumbing shop. - - - - - - - - - Install, maintain, repair and modify all new and existing plumbing lines, fixtures, and related equipment. - - - - - - - - - Maintain all waste disposal equipment and storm sewer distribution systems. - - - - - - - - - Maintains Medical Gas distribution systems and related equipment. - - - - - - - - - Assist in repairs of steam distribution and return systems and any other piping system throughout complex - - - - - - - - - Collect and test all water and sewer samples required by regulatory authorities. - - - - - - - - - Pick up material and supplies from local vendors. - - - - - - - - - Order all material and supplies for stock and special project as needed. - - - - - - - - - Schedule work and repairs to systems and equipment as needed. - - - - - - - - - Make repairs to pumps and related equipment. - - - - - - - - - Perform preventative maintenance on all tools, equipment, plumbing and sewer systems. - - - - - - - - - Install all plumbing and medical gas piping systems required by renovation projects. - - - - - - - - - Keeps accurate and legible record of all sewer samples - - - - - - - - - Maintains all records required by the City of Danville Water Department on back flows
