Job Description Job Description We are seeking a motivated and
relationship-oriented Business Development Associate to support
revenue growth through sponsorship sales, media partnerships, and
subscription acquisition across a diverse portfolio of projects and
clients spanning sports, higher education, e-learning, and
dental/orthodontia industries at GO Media, NC. This is a
commission-based opportunity designed for an early-career sales
professional who is driven, coachable, and excited to build
experience in partnerships and revenue development. The ideal
candidate is proactive, organized, and eager to learn the
fundamentals of consultative selling while contributing directly to
revenue growth. This role works closely with senior leadership and
marketing teams to identify opportunities, generate leads, and help
close partnership agreements. Key Responsibilities Prospecting &
Outreach Research and identify potential sponsors, partners, and
institutional subscription prospects Conduct outbound outreach via
email, LinkedIn, phone, and networking Qualify leads and schedule
meetings for senior team members when appropriate Maintain
organized prospect lists and CRM records Sponsorship & Partnership
Support Assist in building sponsorship proposals and partnership
packages Support negotiations by gathering materials, data, and
performance metrics Help coordinate follow-up communication and
contract documentation Subscription Sales Support Identify
potential enterprise and institutional subscription opportunities
Support outreach and follow-up communications Track pipeline
progress and assist with closing efforts Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain accurate CRM updates Track outreach activity and
performance metrics Contribute to weekly sales reporting
Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, business
development, marketing, fundraising, or account management Strong
communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable with
outbound outreach and prospecting Organized and detail-oriented
Self-motivated and goal-oriented Interest in sports, education,
healthcare, or digital learning industries is a plus Eager to grow
into a more senior business development role Benefits This role is
